To better align with the evolving landscape, we are delighted to introduce our purpose-built facility at 909 Haruru Road, Wainui. This location houses an innovative factory and office space, framing the future for window and door solutions.
The history behind 909 Haruru Road, formerly Kelly Park.
Before becoming the home of Windowmakers, our new location boasts a rich history as Kelly Park. Originally known as Kelly Park Equestrian Arena, it was established as an indoor equestrian center by a local family in honor of their daughter, who unfortunately lost her life in a horse-riding accident in the late '80s. Over the years, Kelly Park eventually transformed into a renowned film studio, hosting blockbuster Hollywood productions such as "The Chronicles of Narnia" and "Crouching Tiger — Hidden Dragon 2."
After its cinematic era, Kelly Park underwent a change in ownership, leading us to this unique property in our quest for the ideal location to embark on our future.

Changes to the Code
Acknowledging the significance of recent H1 changes to the NZBC and its implications for construction projects, we have optimised the layout and workflow of our new factory to facilitate the production of our latest product, ThermalHeart+. Meticulously formulated to comply with updated standards, it doubles the thermal performance of standard windows and doors.
Investing in our environment
Our new facility goes beyond window and door production, integrating sustainable practices such as composting, recycling, and reducing office waste. These initiatives align with our goal to reduce our environmental footprint in the effort to leave New Zealand the same, if not better than we found it.
Two factories become one
The new facility has consolidated our two previous factories into a unified space for the entire Windowmakers team. This merger aims to foster enhanced teamwork and streamline operations across all aspects of our business, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
