A glimpse into our purpose-built facility.

In developing the facility, we invested significant time prioritising the elements essential to our vision, the core of our focus is the customer experience. This dedication has shaped every aspect of our new facility, ensuring it aligns with what matters most to our customers.

High performance windows & doors

Our facility features a state-of-the-art machining centre, including the largest Twin Saw in New Zealand. With three production lines in operation, these advancements are set to maximise precision, efficiency, and excellence, ensuring the long-term performance of your windows and doors.

Investing in our environment

Our facility goes beyond window and door production, integrating sustainable practices such as composting, recycling, and reducing office waste. These initiatives align with our goal to reduce our environmental footprint in the effort to leave New Zealand the same, if not better than we found it.

Changes to the Code

A key driver behind our facility processes is the industry shift towards thermally-efficient homes. Our production lines are equipped to manufacture our new thermally-broken window and door systems, specifically designed to meet the updated H1 standards.

Two operations become one

Our facility has consolidated our two previous operations into a unified space to house our entire team. This merger aims to foster enhanced teamwork and streamline operations across all aspects of our business, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

The history behind 909 Haruru Road, formerly Kelly Park.

Before becoming the home of Windowmakers, our location boasts a rich history as Kelly Park. Originally known as Kelly Park Equestrian Arena, it was established as an indoor equestrian centre by a local family. Over the years, Kelly Park eventually transformed into a renowned film studio, hosting blockbuster Hollywood productions such as "The Chronicles of Narnia" and "Crouching Tiger — Hidden Dragon 2."

After its cinematic era, Kelly Park underwent a change in ownership, leading us to this unique property in our quest for the ideal location to embark on our future.
