The Role: Customer Service Coordinator
You'll be the voice customers trust and the person Sales relies on to keep momentum strong. Your mission: ensure every customer knows what’s happening next and every job tracks toward a smooth, on-time delivery.

What You’ll Be Driving
Customer communication – Proactively keep customers informed at every milestone, capture clear system updates, and lock in delivery schedules so jobs roll out smoothly and on time.
CRM & lead management – Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and respond to new leads quickly so Sales has what they need and customers feel valued from the first touch.
After-sales & warranty coordination – Resolve after-sales and warranty issues quickly with clear communication, while feeding learnings back to prevent repeat problems.
Internal liaison – Work closely with Factory and Planning to stay ahead of delays and keep everyone aligned on priorities and delivery readiness.
Process improvement – Spot workflow or admin bottlenecks and help build smarter, more consistent ways of working that improve the end-to-end customer journey.
