Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will be working as a key member of our After Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be traveling to job sites and conducting scheduled on-site maintenance and repair tasks for our aluminum windows and doors. You will travel to construction sites and client residences and are expected to deliver professional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude toward clients, customers, consultants, management, subcontractors, and the public.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Travelling to job sites
  • Evaluate repair issues onsite 
  • Perform maintenance and repair work onsite 
  • Ensure that assigned tasks are completed to the standards and specifications required 
  • Implement and maintain proper document control procedures 
  • Be punctual and work the hours and times specified 

Skills & Experience Required 

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of aluminium windows and doors, aluminium joinery fabrication, or building maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have experience with APL suites
  • A self stater and able to work independently, while taking direction and cooperating with our After Sales team 
  • Capable of heavy lifting 
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Initiation and a proactive attitude 
  • Reliable and punctual 
  • A current, full driver's license
